- Please note that "Restrict paper size based on image resolution" setting applies to Self Fulfillment products only -
If you have correctly allocated a Self Fulfillment feature set to your galleries but notice that some of the larger print sizes from that feature set are missing from your shopping cart.. then you may have come across an image resolution issue.
Lower digital image resolutions may not support the default print resolution settings of 250PPI. For this reason there is a field on your Settings page that prevents the larger paper sizes from appearing in your shopping cart despite the fact they were included in the feature set assigned to that gallery.
For more information on image resolution and how image properties are handled in your PhotoMerchant account have a read of this FAQ article - http://helpdesk.photomerchant.net/entries/20035308
If you're confident that master image files you plan to send to your chosen lab are of a high enough resolution to work with the products in your feature set, then you can over-ride this setting and force these print sizes to become available to your customers. Here's how to do it.....
1. Click on the Settings tab from you Dashboard
2. Uncheck the "Restrict paper sizes based on image resolution"
3. Make sure you Save your changes!
