A quick lesson to help you access and check your PayPal IPN messsages (Instant Payment Notifications)
An IPN is essentially a PayPal system notification that updates your PhotoMerchant account to confirm that a customer order has in fact been processed and the transaction completed. If this message fails for some reason, then your customer's order may remain active in their shopping cart until the IPN message can be correctly resent.

1. Mouse over the History tab in your account. This should open the drop menu you see above.
2. Click on the IPN History option.

3. Select a date range that will include your customer's recent payment.
4. The search results table should now populate with recent IPN messages including a message relating to the transaction we're interested in.
5. You should then be able to screen-shot the information from this table (focusing on the IPN message that relates to your customer's order) and send that through to the Help Desk as an attachment.
