Thank you everyone for your patience over the past week. You may have encountered some speed issues in your galleries and in the application interface. We've just performed a 'biopsy' and have found the source of the problems.
We'll be making some updates to the database over the next week so please keep an eye on blog and helpdesk for updated on planned outages. We plan to minimise the disruption to your service as best we can.
We will attempt to keep disruption to a minimum. Watch Facebook and Twitter for status updates.
